We were a bit anxious how she would be, but had no need to worry as she was a star.
Our journey to East Runton in Norfolk took us about 3 hours. She travelled comfortably in the back of the car asleep for most of the journey. Stopping once for a toilet break.
We stayed at our regular caravan site as is very friendly and welcomes pets.
There are lots of walks around the area especially along the beach when the tide is out. Ruby enjoyed these walks best as she was free to run in and out of the water at her will. She also played with other dogs she met along the way.
Ruby has turned out to be a happy and content dog who loves to be friendly to all she meets. Lets hope she will spend many more happy times on holiday with us just like our Tilly dog who died last year at the age of 16.
Me doing a spot of painting while Ruby is keeping out of the sun.
This is the site we stayed on.

Ruby in the dog house just before her holiday. She has a habit of empting the washing machine of dirty washing, but we still love her.
What a super time you all had! Ruby has a very curly tail. She still looks full of mischief too. Ta for your lovely comment on my blog x J
ReplyDeleteThis was a lovely post Linda. It's sometimes nice to have pictures of bloggers and their hubbies and kind of lets us followers into their world. Ruby certainly looks a bonny pup and seems to be enjoying herself. Lovely photos and thanks for sharing with us.
