Double Happiness

I made these patchwork  hearts for two great art friends who have inspired me in my art and craft work and given me the confidence to explore my own creativity. 

The seal i used is a seal stone carving, which is the Chinese character of " Double Happiness"

A friendly visitor

Such a lovely surprise !
 This little robin decided to visit me while i was stripping an old chair ready for my upholstery class. I think she was looking for food for her young nearby.
 I managed to quickly run indoors for my camera and was lucky enough to capture her sitting on the frame before she flew off .

A railway station, Beautiful walks along the river Stour, Lovely little tearoom and a Grayson Perry piece of magnificent architecture. What more could you want on a lovely sunny day out with the girls.
